Gli impilatori della serie TECNO, semplici e di facile utilizzo, offrono una vasta gamma di applicazioni nell\u2019ambiente della legatoria e cartotecnica. Grazie alla loro versatilit\u00e0, assicurano ottime prestazioni sui vari tipi di prodotto. Il sistema di impilatura, costituito da una gabbia girevole detta \u201cgiostra\u201d, garantisce in ogni circostanza il miglior trattamento del prodotto durante l\u2019impilatura, sia questo un blocco libro, un brossurato, un cartonato, un olandese, o altro.<\/p>\n
Il prodotto proveniente dalla fase di lavorazione precedente viene trasportato e posizionato nella \u201cgiostra\u201d girevole con un movimento dal basso verso l\u2019alto da parte di un organo denominato \u201calzalibro\u201d. Questo sistema assicura un trattamento delicato anche in presenza di materiali generalmente difficili, quali piccoli formati, risguardi di pregio o sovraccoperte. A seconda della programmazione, la \u201cgiostra\u201d effettuer\u00e0 una rotazione di 180\u00b0, per permettere il posizionamento contrapposto dei dorsi ove richiesto. Quando il numero programmato di prodotti da impilare \u00e8 stato raggiunto, la pila viene espulsa automaticamente per mezzo di un espulsore su un nastro motorizzato e quindi scaricata o trasportata alla fase successiva di lavorazione.<\/p>\n

By-pass automatico: permette di usare il Tecno come uscita d\u2019emergenza; in caso di emergenza della linea a valle, un consenso aziona automaticamente l\u2019impilatore, permettendo lo scarico della linea senza arresto.
Sostegno libri sottili: permette di impilare prodotti relativamente inconsistenti, di basso spessore o molto flosci.
